At Racketworld, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused rackets and sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Racketworld account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective plastic on racket handles are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
